A coach is one who comes alongside of a leader to help the leader to reach his/her greatest potential. Mark Weible is an executive coach with over 20 years of experience in coaching business and non-profit leaders. The coach approach is more effective than consulting, because it is outcome focused and has a greater impact on the leader being coached. DISC Styles Coaching

Discover how self awareness and behavioral style adaptation can help you to become a better leader. We use the DISC Behavioral Assessment to help build better leaders and more effective teams.

Core Values Coaching

Values drive behavior. Core values are innate - unchanging from birth. When you discover your core values and the core values of your team / employees, you develop a competitive advantage that increases productivity and profit. We offer core values coaching with the Core Values Index developed by Taylor Protocols.  When we combine the CVI with DISC, you gain a much better understanding of how to create work environments that attack the most valuable, stable, happy and productive employees.

Coaching for Pastors, Churches, and Non-profits

It is all about relationships.  Let me say it again, it is all about relationships. How can you expect to spread the good news to people who don't know you?  How do you expect to see life change happen in people who haven't had a chance to experience your love?  Mass marketing was all about trying to get people to buy-in to something without having to  take the time to get to know them.  It doesn't work that way anymore.

You can't avoid getting into people's lives and letting them get into you.  All that you do must be transparent, authentic and worthy to be passed on to others.  You can do your slick speil, but who is going to believe you? It is all about relationships.  Did I say that already?  They will believe you if they know you and see God working in your life.  Jesus said, "...let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."  He did not say, "Get slick, I mean really slick and sell people what they want to hear."  But he did say, "Be careful not to do your 'acts of righteousness' before men, to be seen by them."  So, how do people see your light, if you hide your charitable acts?  Only if they know you and know you well.  It is all about relationships.

We offer coaching on relationship building.  Please contact us if you would like to know more and we will gladly put you in touch with people who know us.
